Actually, a lot of us know whom the artist is. It's "The Oath" by Goldenwolf. She was actually a member of this forum a few years ago but apparently must have gotten very busy and disappeared. She was actually the one that started creating the wolf emoticons that are on this forum, then Figarou continued making more thereafter. Otherwise, by all means, you're free to link to external websites. If it's ever for self-promotional reasons, then it'd have to go in the classifieds section (which in this case, it isn't).
