It's approaching that time of the year where the trees either go brown/red or just lose all their color. In some regions, snow has already hit the ground. Personally I think this is a wonderful time of the year, when it's not blazingly hot, and you get to wear big fluffy clothes. (Or you simply end up with extra fluff! )
So, let's get some pictures up of your areas at this time of year!

Over here in Karlstad we got our first snowfall last Friday, and here's a few pictures of that:
This one shows the couryard outside my school.
Street right outside my apartment.
Frozen canal! (Photoshop killed this picture, sorry.)

Re: Fall/Winter Pictures!
Boston in the Fall is supposedly legendary. I can't personally judge because. . . Well, having seen the leaves change colors twenty years in a row, I don't really see what all the hype is, but people from all over the country, "leafers" as they're known around here, come here just to. . . Well, as the name would imply, drive slowly around the neighborhood looking at all the leaves turning brown.
So me, I'm not a big Fall person. The magic of the seasons is lost on me, so all I typically know Fall as is the season of crazy shopping and slow out-of-state drivers.
But I have gone around Boston with the camera anyway.

Re: Fall/Winter Pictures!
Some of the trees were really bright red a month back, but every leaf has fallen.
I wish I had a really good camera of my own. I do have a video camera, so when it starts snowing, I'll show you guys how excited I'm going to be. XD The deck outside was frozen over, so snow is soon to come.

You saw the news about the fires out here in California. That's about it.
This place tends to look the same all year round...sigh.

*nods* The trees turn red in California for a completely different reason.RedEye wrote:You saw the news about the fires out here in California. That's about it.
Right now is actually pretty miserable. I took those photos right in the beginning of fall. . . Like the two weeks of fall we actually had. Now the leaves have all fallen and everything looks gray even in bright sunlight, so Boston's going to look dull and the surrounding towns like the setting of a zombie film until the first snowfall that everyone but the plowers and knucklehead snowboarders are absolutely dreading (in Boston, "the S word" is "snow").
I'll try to go out with the camera anyway though, cuz' that's how much I care.

I'm not gonna put any photos up. Right now, it's covered in snow, though.
I'm working on a werewolf novel, while liking to stay up late at night and going to college. I'm going to be sleep-deprived when this is all said and done.
Anthony Brownrigg, I hope you have the best of luck with Freeborn. RedEye, I also wish you the best of luck with Wulfen Blood. And for a bit of luck for both of you...
