I know the topics changed but eh. I growl a lot and wish I could freakin shapeshift, I dream about it a lot, but it's all wishful. I think my obsession is also with shapeshifting in general. To fly like a bird, to run like a wolf, to hang by my tail like a spider monkey! To stalk the woods like a dark great cat, to tour the house as a rat or a mouse, to swim as an otter does, or maybe to turn dragon. In general though I daydream most of my life away despite being in Uni and in two bands. Then daydreaming helps me write music...even if I'm shapeshifting in the daydream... My other...probably more prominent obsession is with guitars and I just love to play guitar and I think about it way too often must strum the guitar before I leave must play it every day and I must have picks in my pocket or I will die. Of depression! Sometimes I get so depressed I feel nervous and sweaty if the guitars too far away. I must play every single day. And yes I will growl at you if you come too close to my guitar, and though I never hit people and am generally a nice gental person I will hit you if you try and scratch the guitar or harm it in any way. So lets say the guitar brings the animal out in me.

I think we all have our obsessions!

I still have yet to read Dan Browns Divinci code.

That doesn't surprise me much. My first thought was that 616 could have been misinterpreted as being June 16th, but it actually makes more sense for it to have been a wordplay on "Nero."

Another interesting tidbit: The four beasts of the apocalypse are believed to represent four different kingdoms, the last one that "devours the world" being Rome.

As for my own obsession with werewolves, well... Yeah, in terms of my mentality, I do tend to be a little more, umm... What's a gentle way of putting it... Primal? Ultra-liberal? Er... For the sake of pride and a PG rating, I'll just leave it at that. The only thing is that lycanthropy is the primary subject of a book which I hope will spawn a series as extensive as the Forgotten Realms trilogies (I know that's a long shot, but hey, a cat can dream, can't he?), so since I can fudge it being work-related and call it a healthy obsession.
