Forum Suggestion
Methinks there needs to be a section for people's art and creative werewolf stuff. I know a ton of people on here are very creative, and I LOVE seeing/reading/hearing werewolf related creativity. What do you guys think?

I think that's a great idea.
A seperate section just for Art, Poetry, Stories and even Music created by Pack Members would be very welcome. We have enough threads going on these subjects to warrant seting aside a special section for it.
...maybe it would just give me enough of an excuse to start drawing and writing again myself...

I don't think it's such a bad idea to have a section dedicated to werewolf-related creative works. In fact, when Wolf Marine first came here, he mentioned something very similar; although, it was never acted upon. I think it's an idea with merit.
But, the question was and is: will it be used enough to justify having an entire section for it?
We have a couple long-standing threads dedicated to such things -- are those sufficient, or do we need something more?

Well if it's not used at all, the threads within it can always be moved, and the section deleted. But we seem to have a bunch of creative people around here, so I doubt that will be the case.Vilkacis wrote:But, the question was and is: will it be used enough to justify having an entire section for it?

Heck yeah. I second that emotion.., err motion. ;) Lets have an art section.
You need at least one for each visual/sculpture. One for written.
Minimilisticall anyway.

Hrmm... I think that's probably a bit excessive at the time being. I would suggest a single section, for now.Trinity wrote:Heck yeah. I second that emotion.., err motion. ;) Lets have an art section.

(On a completely unrelated note... I just looked at his profile, and Lupin's posting at a rate of 1.4 Figarous. Insane!)

The Reason I suggest a seperate section for Visual and written, is because the written pieces will get -LOST- amoung peopl eposting visual pieces. Its a bit more organized, and people will know what it is they are looking at. Havin a seperate section for art and one for writteing isn't close to being excessive. I'm just trying to keep the writers in mind.
Now having different sections for different types of things is a bit excessive. Having run an art board before, I know this well. *twitch*
Now if folks are still grumpy about havin two different sections, then perhaps a compromise? I would suggest if/when an art section is posted, that people keep as much to -their threads- as possible.
EX: I post a thread for some of my art work. Rather then post a brand new thread, I would post new art in the same thread. This way the 'art section' doesn't get over-whelmed with individual posts.
Exception: Visual artwork from X artist Thread. Written work pieces from same artist in a seperate thread.
Again, to keep things easy on viewers.

A rate of .4 Figarous is approximately 1 Vilkacis (for now, at least). So he's posting at a rate of 1 Figarou + 1 Vilkacis, if you prefer to think of it that way. Or at a rate of almost 3 outwarddoodles, or nearly 7 Scott Gardeners.Figarou wrote:Hmmm........1.4 Figarous? I like to see what .4 of me looks like.
