Sounds like fun. Sadly, I don't think I'll be able to make it (despite moving to Wisconsin later this month). But, I'll keep it in mind - especially since it costs half as much as Dragon Con.
I'll go if my finances get better (hopefully soon). It's the closest convention of this type to me.
I went in 2000. It was a milestone year. It was the first Midwest Furfest, and it was my first furry con ever (ooo.. ahem, *cough**cough* ..and my last).
Tip: Go with people you know. It could have been a lot more fun if I hadn't gone by myself.
Ohhh....facinating.
Being a Midwest-type-person, this is the first gathering I've seen that I possibly could be able to attend.
...it's higly unlikely that I will...but I'll have to look into it.
Please Forgive the Occasional Outburst of my Inner Sage ... for he is Oblivious to Sarcasm, and not Easily Silenced.

A "PACK meet" sure would be cool. And would be an incentive to go.
Prices (at least right now) are reasonable: Memberships are $30 until September 30, 2005, and $40 thereafter and at the door. Memberships are good for admission to all 3 days of the weekend.
