I wanted to take a pet into my mom's house, but she wouldn't let that happen

but it's also our landlord who doesn't allow pets either

.....hmmm...maybe I should ask them if we could do that

If that was directed at me, I'm nowhere near the Gulf Coast. I'm just a concerned citizen who is also an animal shelter volunteer.

I make this information available because I'm frustrated that I am not in a position to go down there, and lend a hand. I feel I'm helping in a small way, by posting news here.
