Wow...that takes some doing. Not everyone knows the sternum is a joint!
I'm working on being able to pop my sternum and lift my ribcage. I figure if my horse can do that, I can...

Yeah, I only wear the boots, or any other shoes, when I have to. Like at school or in town. They are a little cumbersome

Yeah, you can't exactly work around horses wearing flip-flops or sneakers (though my former trainer did...but he had all things equestrian down to the point where he could break the "rules" with impunity — should have seen him in the saddle of a Lipizzaner stallion wearing All-Stars

I didn't know there was a rule saying that you can't wear sneakers around horses. I do it all the time.

You never got stepped on, I guess

I have a half-Friesian horse, they're very active with their front feet and they have hooves the size of salad plates. Some of them watch out for you but most do not. Half a ton of pressure on the tootsies, OUCH!
