QUOTES
I have these in my sig on another forum, both by me:
- "My pencil has better shows in it than television, and reruns only when I want them."
- "Science? Sure, I'd love some! But put it on the other side of the plate, so it doesn't get mixed with the religion."
- "My pencil has better shows in it than television, and reruns only when I want them."
- "Science? Sure, I'd love some! But put it on the other side of the plate, so it doesn't get mixed with the religion."
Do we really need the solution? Couldn't we just enjoy the problem for now?

I think that a particle must have a separate reality independent of the measurements. That is an electron has spin, location and so forth even when it is not being measured. I like to think that the moon is there even if I am not looking at it.

Don't laugh, I've seen both.Excelsia wrote:That'd be like me wanting to be a rapper or an African dancer.
And, uh... Yes, it is historically white, but like I said, that's because every black guy that performed anything like that was referred to as a Blues musician.
Why is that? How come even Leadbelly -- the most Country and crusty of them all -- went down in history as a Blues singer?

Yeah, so have I. But, white people in such occupations are few and far between, and have to work their asses off to be taken seriously.Terastas wrote:Don't laugh, I've seen both.Excelsia wrote:That'd be like me wanting to be a rapper or an African dancer.
I don't know why they are always called blues singers. But, are any of these black artists actually upset about that? How often does a black 'blues' singer complain that he's not considered a country star?Terastas wrote:And, uh... I don't think country music is racist as long as no black people seriously want to be a part of this genre.
(Sorry, I know I didn't really answer the question.)

If man could be crossed with the cat, it would improve the man, but deteriorate the cat.

And a lame quote I made up.
"You're as hopeless as trying to put a trombone in a flute case."
