Ahh... the ill fated Werewolf The Apocalypse game, it was cancelled. A shame too, I never played any of the White Wolf games but I was obsessed with the Garou canon and I often borrowed books from my friends who did play the game. Would have been interesting to see what they did with the last White Howler.

Yeah, me too. The Forsaken one seems too....well...Bleh. I liked seeing Crinos form Werewolves in armor with Klaives, or such. Now the Crinos (or Garou form as it is in the new one) is just a mindless killing machine.Akela wrote:Correct, the curtains were closed many years ago, I no longer have any interest in the new White Wolf games, Forsaken I didn't like to much. I just go back and read Clan and Tribe crap nowdays. I liked the old universe much better...
Oh joy.
Still, it was good to get to see the screenshots of that game. At least I know how it looked when it got cancelled..

isnt there a call of the garou game for dreamcast?...and then in hunger the reconing redeemer i know you can fight along side the garou.... there are two games im addicted to right now..... Otogi2 immortal warriors..one of the characters is somewhat like a werewolf...his name is Tsuna....and he kicks pretty hard core..... and then there is elderscrolls 3 marrowind... where once you reach a certain level..i believe its 40 or so... you can go to a place called soulsteim or somthing to that.... and encounter werewolves and contract sanies lupus... which in that game turns you into a werewolf during the night time...anyway....hope i helped someone

I don't like mutant-werewolves, but I don't like 'furries' either (or at least, not as a werewolf). There must be some kind of way to make the head more humanisch...Akela wrote:Good point, I think the Wolf head only enhances the image. Better than being flatfaced. You almost sound like you like mutant-werewolves.

Neither can your skin become covered with fur. Or a tail grow. Or your legs become digitigrade.Morkulv wrote:At least its realistic. Your head can't change into that of a wolf.
This is irrelevant, no?
What, for you, differentiates between a "furry" and a gestalt-form werewolf? I would think the latter would be MORE wolflike, if anything.
