Black Friday

I just stayed home, because those people are crazy.

I got at Best Buy a combo of Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 and Photoshop Elements 4.0 for $50, a 66% savings off its normal list price, after rebates anyway. I already had Photoshop Elements 2.0, but it was cheaper to get this sale than to buy just Premiere. Now I have decent digital editing ability. Now, if I could just get some werewolf footage...

I got ghost recon 2 for the ps2 for only $10, but i think I should have gotten soul calibur or prince of persia 2 for the same price. :( Im not shure, I should have thought about it more but i thought the sell already ended.

I went and played with Tagie, got laundry and some housework done, picked up some iron tabs because I ran out yesterday. Really surprised everyone at Costco who were getting a jump on Christmas and here's this little bottle of iron in the middle of all this largesse...

I acted like it was big and heavy, put it on the checkout belt with a "KLANK!" soundbite and hefted it on my shoulder with a grunt once it was paid for...

"I'm pumping iron!"

I'm pretty psyched, my Mom's coming up for Christmas :)
I'm looking around for Catholic churches for her to attend Christmas Mass...not sure how I'm going to observe the Solstice with her here...ah well, guess Mom's gonna get some cross-belief pollination
