They'll make a movie about anything.

I wouldn't go that far, but some of them definitely need to do community service for this crap. Aquateen Hunger Force is definitely taking it too far. . . Although what's even worse is not being able to count on both hands the number of people I know that will be camping out in the parking lot to get tickets to see that on opening day. All of the people that like AHF that I know of are obsessed with it (I used to like it, but not after the umteen millionth time my brother watched his first season DVD front to back).Anubis wrote:*groan* WTF is hollywood's problem!? they make anything and every thing into a movie!! hollywood producers should be shot on sight!!
Oh well. Now that I think about it, the makers of AHF the movie shouldn't be condemned. They should be commended for taking away millions of dollars from America's idiots and using it to pay for something useful. . . Or at least more useful than what they would have spent it on otherwise. . . Which could be just about anything when you think about it.

Of course, you realize, there's got to be at least a few people who might think at least some of us are a bit obsessive, dare I even say a bit odd. Most people aren't that interested in becoming werewolves.
But, if those other movies can get made, then Freeborn ought to be a cinch. (Somehow, I think the next post involves Anthony Brownrigg clobbering me with iron duckies, insisting otherwise.)

Can you imagine a life without creativity?

*nods* The problem with the Aquateens is that they are hilarious only in moderation -- one fifteen minute episode per day. Any more than that and they just become aggravating.Anubis wrote:its gets old, thats why
I think I might have another nominee for dumbest movie idea of the decade:

That was an MST3K classic, by the way. It's also something to bring up if any studio even pretends to have doubts about Hour of Darkness, Camp Lycanthrope, or Freeborn. Why do good movies have to work at getting pitched, if that thing is out on DVD?
