Is there a forum that....

....is free and is written in basic html that any of you know of? Unfortunately, my school's server only supports that type of scripting, so if I want to put any kind of forum on my website it'll have to be one that is written in html. Anyway, I just wanted to see if any of you knew of one before I started searching.

I know all the basics of HTML and some advanced stuff like adding music onto your page.

It's not possible, as stuff has to be manipulated on the server, and HTML is just a markup language.
