I've had several cats, I know damn well what cat hair looks like.
There is such a thing as long haired cats you know. Hair collected in a brush will have that clumped together look, simply because it gets caught in the brush that way.
Testing as canine doesn't impress me. So someone shaved a dog. Big deal. The entire thing looks faked to me.

Well, they're not terribly common. I've been around for twenty years, and I've only ever seen them on TV.Morkulv wrote:Thats new to me. I never saw a long-haired cat, and I still haven't.Set wrote:I've had several cats, I know damn well what cat hair looks like.

The pic is not of a cougar. . and I found some of the notes t here sickening. . especially the 'cougars dont belong where humans are." HELLO, we encroached on t heir property. . I get so sick of people wanting animals killed so they can move in on their territory. . .

No, long haired cats coats vary. . .my one Coon's coat doesn't matt much, his brother's matts if you look at it cross eyed. .his brother is the one I posted a photo of.PariahPoet wrote:I've seen many long-haired cats in my area. The only thing is that cat hair usually stays loose. The cat would have had to get into something that badly matted its fur or been unable to groom itself for the hair to stay in one great big clump like that.
