I already did my own philosophical crisis years ago. I ended up changing religions over it and dumping the idea of good and evil as central forces in the universe. Ultimately, I think it makes me a better person, not a more malicious one. Indeed, I think I've become less aggressive and more evolved being because of it.

Did anyone see the news story about a guy who rappelled down into the lion exhibit at the Kiev zoo and said God would protect him, if He existed. Then he walked up to the lions.

Yeah, you guessed it. A lioness jumped up, grabbed him and severed his carotid artery. I think God heard that doofus invoke Him, laughed and said, "Sekhmet, You wanna take this one?"
