inexpensive idea (from the low budget f/x guy) i resently made a pretty realistic werewolf costume (head) paintball mask with wire frame covered in....wait for it ......the best substance in the world......... model magic. then cover that in a sheet of Faux fur (feet) make stilts out of wooden blocks and get an old or cheap new pair of shoes and bolt them to the wooden stilts.
