Personally, I wouldn't want to sacrifice colour perception to a groovy-kewl effect.

It'd be awesome if I could keep both. Maybe see color, but have my eyes reflect so much... or I could be like Riddick

Color preception really shouldn't change that much, since that has to do with the rods and cones. The tapetum lucidum just reflects light back into the eye.

That would suck. Big time.
"Hey Earl! I found a deer!" Blam! Blam! "Uh...do deer howl when they're shot?"

Oh, bugger. Did you say, "glow" and not "reflect light in a ghostly manner, as if to give the appearance of glowing, but without actually reflecting bioluminescent light"?

I have/had very sharp and slightly long canine teeth, but the tips of my upper ones were rounded slightly by the dentist when I was 13 or so
![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/eyeroll.gif)
. MY bottom ones escaped the grinder and will since there's no reason to "fix" them. As for capping to enlarge them, I don't think so. It would have to be a package deal for me.

heh.. mine are so small, they could barely fit the bracket on em when i had braces... still, no. I get embarrased just seeing people who do stuff like that...

I have to agree with the all-out or very subtle thing, i'm liek that too.
i'd probabyl get them slightly enlarged, and slightly sharpened, AFTER i get my braces off and my mouth all fixied.

No. Geez, guys, you wouldn't be able to French anyone without ripping their tongue (or worse). THINK OF THE BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND! I mean, CHILDREN.
"Pity you broke up, man. You guys were good together."
"Yeah."
"So why did you leave it off?"
"Oh, she kept ripping holes in my tongue and my--"

I wouldn't enlarge mine either.. frankly they're large enough as it is.. and I have a lot of them compared to the rest of my family... so I'm good the way I am.

I can just imagine you walking in to work one day with some nice big ol' teeth, VanZandt!
"Hey, boss! *huge toothy grin*"
"Whaaaa?"
Maybe someday, having capped teeth like that will BE professional. ....Er, well, one can always dream!

Mine are just the way they are, though they are larger than average

Maybe when I retire......my front teeth need considerable cosmetic work, anyway.
Franly, I'm a very utilitarian person and don't think uch about cosmetics. The reason I would like carnasials.......just think of what I could do to a steak.....

A tapetum lucedum (the reflectiv layer on the back of an eye) would be great for two reasons:
1. It'd look great.
2. It'd increase my abilities for seeing in twilight and even in the dark.
And yes I would enlarge my carnassials a little bit.
Notice, you'd to build diastema to be able to put your jaws together.
