My previous opinion on dealing with "assholes" still stands. (Minus the cards I posted. Couldn't resist one joke.) Like Fig said, it's a delicate situation.

I have the SAME exact problem!

A midget with the napoleon complex. This kind of a** is trying to make up his obvious shortcomings by trying to act tough. It's pathetic really.

His name is Cris and his last name is hard to spell. Anyway we used to be friends until we started the seventh grade. He became an a** hole, and started to hang out with those fake hard core skater types. We hated each other ever since.

I'm sorry to tell you that there is no easy way to make that kind of person to leave you alone. At lest a way that doesn't get you arrested.

But what you can do is the same exact crap you been told all your life. Tell your assistant principal, or what ever. They can find a way to make him leave you alone or have him change classes.

And ignore him... I know what your thinking but it does work. This kind of duche bag is retarted in intellegence. After a while that midget will get bored with tormenting you and will eventually shut up. It just takes a little more time than the garden variety a** hole.

If that doesn't work you always can get a restraining order against him. they're easy to get, and they dont require your parents to get them.
