Interesting concept, but I'd be more attracted by the idea of buying a movie element/character death, such as paying to see someone with a fork in their mouth trip, fall, and impale themselves. Or maybe a sort of "Choose your adventure" theme like those old Gossebumps books used to do, except requiring money.
