I was just curious as to how many people there are here that took their screen name from some kind of myth or legend.
*raises hand* I did. I'm the
snarly red-haired desert aardvark lord of doom !
How 'bout you?

Nope...from my own mind.
I seem to be the only english speaking person on all of the internet that uses the word "Vuldari" as a name, or for any other purpose. I just made it up.

No. The name "Kaebora" is a respelling of the arabic word for "wisdom". Almost pronounced the same though. No mythology here. I've used this name for the last six years. Before then, I was always Gamewizard. Not quite roleplay worthy.

I was doing my own comic, but because I can't draw I was going to turn it into a story.(that was never finished) it was my unofficial nickname for about a year till I joined this forum, now it's official.

My screen name isn't exactly mythological but my avvie is based on the Shiva Nataraja. Does that count?

I had to say no, since the legend of the bagpiper with the tomatoes and bell peppers didn't exactly make it into Edith Hamilton's Mythology .
Taking a Gestalt approach, since it's the "in" thing...

I didn't get my nickname from mythology, but astronomy. It refers to when the sun, earth and moon are in a straight line, thus making a full moon (or a new moon).
[useless trivia] It is also the shortest word in English with 3 y's.

I have no idea if my name has any meaning.
I know its not a rare name because I've seen it on Russian and French web sites.

My name has like nothing to with mythology...
It came as a short form of a name I had for a character once (Akiada) but, eventually, I learned "Aki" is Japanese for Autumn.
So in a way you could establish some sort of very vague link...but not really.

Er...haha Im apparently from Metallica.
Although my real bands actually don't have names and they sound nothing like Metallica. Or anything else...though some people link it to Pink Floyd and Dream Theater.
In other words weird music.

No mythology here. It's from a track in the original Command & Conquer.
