I really need help. Okay it all started last thursday, During PE i was being made fun of relentlessly by a kid named morgan. And when me and another kid was talking. i mentioned that i would like to shoot him, even though i didn't mean it.
But it was a sign that my life was about to get very complicated. I was called down to the office and suspended me from school for two days for sating that, but when i got back at the next PE class i attended. Morgan tolled me that his older brother wants to beat me up or what ever. I thought he was just bull s***'n me, but when i walked home. Morgan's car stopped right where i was. along with this big dude on a black motorcycle. they came to me a threatened me that if i go near morgan or tell any body. morgan's brother and his gang will come and KILL ME!!!
And i'm afraid for me and my family's saftey, but i don't want to back down either. My older brother was abusive to me and intiminated me almost constantly, and i' am sick and tired of being afraid and intiminated against. I want them to pay and see justice.

ok first call police, like the others said this is probobly the safest course of action for both you and your family, although this may appear obvious you would not want the gang or Morgan knowing this if they are seriously wanting to kill you it doesnt help to have them knowing what you are doing.
Another thing you may want to consider is carrying a small knife around with you, (with permission of your school, of course) to protect your self, knives can be an excellent bluffing tool.
That said i am definately not a expert on the subject so you may want to consult with other people before taking my advice (particularly the knife part)

Ok, I just want to say that they won't "kill" you. Someone who brings their older brother into something like this, is obviously a coward. I beilve this Morgan to be a big fat coward. And when they tell you that they will kill you if you tell on them, is just a big fat bluff. Now you have a few options here.
1. You could do what they say and don't tell someone.
2. You could tell your friends and see if they can help.
3. You could tell your parents.
4. You could tell a teacher or principal.
5. You could call the cops and repot that they are threatening to kill you.
Or option 6.
Option 6 is, all of the above except 1.
If they said they will kill you, that is assult. If they acually touch you, that is battery, both of which are illigal.
I serously doubt that the school board will alow Anubis to carry knives. ITs best to carry a stun gun or pepper spray, that way if they gang up o you all you have to do is aim at thier face with the pepper spray or hit anywhere in the upperbody with the stun gun.

You situation sound kindof liek you should let your friends in on exactly what's goign on,a nd then parent afterward sif anythign develops, unless you know they wont go hyper-panic all over it. But defnintely keep a watch out. I carry a knife everywhere except school because it's handy and it's self-defense.

I seriously do not recommend this. Morgan is starting to sound like a real wimp in regards -- first he ran crying to the teacher, then he ran crying to his older brother. If you even think about bringing a weapon to school, the police are going to be watching you instead.
Go to the police instead and inform them that you have been threatened, followed to your home, etc. Even if they can't press charges against him, he will find out that you mean business. He may try to provoke you into making threats so he can call the police on you, but he won't resort to violence as long as he thinks he's being watched. Make it a point to have as little contact with him as possible, and if he seeks you out, make it a point to ignore him, or at the very least not even speak to him or raise a finger at him. He may be an irritation, but eventually people will take notice of how one-sided the scuffles between the two of you are and decide that Morgan is the aggressor. If you can accomplish that, he'll either stop or get himself expelled and/or arrested without you even having to try.
The thing is i genually feel my life is threatened, and i don't really know that his older brother is really in a gang. he implyed that he is, but for my safety i have to assume that he is. Though i REALLY hope that he is bull s*** me (But the preformance was VERY convincing), so i would let off of morgan so he can continue to relentlessly make fun of me and i can't fight back out of fear of my death if i do.
So what if he is a member of a gang and he intends to kill me if i call the cops.
I might appear to be spineless saying that, but it's called common sense. Firstly, call the police; but make sure your family is aware of the -entire- situation, hard as that may be, trouble you might be in.
Unfortunately, cops (over here anyway) aren't always good at restraining orders (I dunno if you have it there, but we have a restraining order here where they can't come within 10 meters or something), and often these orders fail.
Maybe you ought to apologise, tell him you're not stupid enough to deal with an entire gang. If they call you gay, so what? If they call you a 'pussy' or a 'child', so what? It'd be the much more mature and safer thing to do.
Unless... He beats you up anyway, because you apologised.
I see your problem.
Letting your family know is the biggest concern. Making as little fuss over it as possible is the next biggest. Remain calm, these situations can get out of hand, but it's possible Morgan just wants to make you frightened...showing the fear is just as bad as being aggressive. Acting calm and mature about it, and avoiding Morgan and his taunts, is probably a good course of action.
If you can't call the cops, then that's about all I can think that you can do. Terastas is right though, it just depends what it's like over there, in Australia it'd be difficult. I try and remain friends with everybody, I was bullied too when I was a kid, for being a geek mostly, just wasn't in the popular groups. Often I ignored it (But being a girl, I guess I wasn't pressured to fight because people didn't expect us to, as sexist as that sounds towards myself) and just let them do it, and in the end, came out all the safer for it, and oddly enough, the guys and girls who bullied me actually talk to me now we've grown up and have apologised...
But the fact I'm a working musician might account for that. I'm suddenly 'cool'. People simply fail to grow up and I doubt Morgan will lead any sort of happy life, because I assume his bullying is an insecurity in himself.
Another point is...revenge is a bad idea, don't even try it! You'll get someone badly hurt.

Hey. Whatever you do, you can't run away from this, that just emboldens people like that. But you don't want to pick a fight anyway. You make sure that people around you know about this.
You can even do something SHOCKING, like getting a lawyer, and filing a restraining order against this fellow or his brother. Nothing pisses off the parents of a bully or a jerk like the possibility that THEY will have to shell out money if say, he did beat the crap out of you. Then you can sue the ever-loving sausage meats out of him. If he's the kind of person who loves his cash, he'll steer clear.
But like I said, you can't let this guy intimidate you. But don't be a macho idiot asshole either. Be smart.
Another thing, threatening violence can get you in REAL trouble these days it can land you in jail even if you DON'T do anything. It's not like when i was growing up in the 70's when guys still pretty much fought with fists ( for the most part anyway ) These days it's all about that bullshit "respect" crap rappers are always espousing. Don't fall for it.
Another tip, make friends with the teachers, if they really like you as a student then they will be happy to help you out in these sort of situations. And then you will have the school board in your favor. But yes treats are not something to be ignored, Inform all your friends, family and if possible the police. If he wants to fight you, try to stay where teachers can see you, then he wouldnt dare to touch you. Also have most of your teachers informed and that you are afraid for your life, so that we if he tries to fight you then the teachers might stick up for you.
But Anubis, its good to avoid fights, but if the bully starts throwing fists, thats when its time to throw down your bag and fight back, have a friend near you so that he can tell the teachers about everything that happened, make shure he throws the first punch that way people will see him as the aggressor and realize you did nothing.

You should do what ever you like, just make it legal.
Instead of assuming that his brother is part of a gang, do some research on this person. There is always a tid bit of information on anyone. Based on how much cash you have, you can see his name, current residence, telephone number, criminal records, and then some. May involve jumping through some hoops.
But if the person in question really is what he claims to be, the chances of him putting the money where his mouth is might happen. The hard part would then be informing the proper justice of whatever you know before those noobs get the jist of whatever you are doing.
Hopefully, they would get served the legal way. And hopefully you shall still live to see another day. If they do know you informed the athorities and acted upon it, it would'nt matter if you live or die. They would be in a lifetime of hurt.

I agree with all of the above. As another thought, you might want to (now, or after) try to look for some type of self-defense class that teaches you how to remove weapons that the other person holds. That way, if he has a weapon (gun, most obviously), you'd be able to get it away from him.
Of course, this is a LAST RESORT! The last thing you want to happen is an accident due to a fight that YOU instigated.
