My mom made soup with the leftover turkey every year. Seriously yummilicious. I didn't argue at all. The whole house smelled wonderful with the simmering broth. And it was particularly good because she made a lot and we'd be having turkey soup through the winter lck

Turkey is a nice place, even tho the politics are a bit iffy lately. A lot of historical sites, and a few beautiful spots of nature, and good beaches in the south with warm water and weather....

Oh, wait. Turkey the bird. I have no idea about that... :P
