Well, right when I was heading to the front door, my neighbor pulled up and knocked on the front door. When I got there I asked what was wrong, the old man said he found out my cat got ran over. My sister started to cry after that.
Goodbye Lucky. You were the most gentle cat I haver ever had.
And a best friend of my dog Shadow.

I had a great cat named "kitty" (not the most original name in the world but he was still cute) He was playful and liked to bat around checkers. Also get in the way of my feet on the foot of my bed.
Then one day Cat Vs. Car... the car won. We buried him in the back yard. It took me a while to get over it.
Just remember that lucky had great life, and focus on the memeries of life with him insted life with out him.
Aww no! I'm so sorry to hear that . I've lost cats the same way. It's a dangerous place we live in, for all species including us, in suburbs and cities. Heh and on farms I guess too!
I wish Lucky the best of luck...I'm sure his/her name will give him/her that...in the next life.

Well, I guess his name still held true - he was probably better off going with a loving family for a bit and eventually getting hit by car than ending up in a pound and having who-knows-what happen.
My condolences on your lost.
This is why I keep my cat inside. Cats are much harder to run over when kept indoors, thankfully.
Thanks, Aki. But the problem you see, is that I am allergic to cats so I couldnt keep him inside for long. But even though I was allergic to Lucky I still loved him, such a sweet cat, I could never take him to the pound. And he put with alot of everyones crap.

Ah. Yeah, that'd pose a problem.
Don't they make anti-allergy things nowadays though?
