Altimus, look! It's continuity problems!

OK, I think this is going to be good. Subtle tribute to us old-schoolers; I heard the classic "vo-oh-ah-ah" transforming sound worked into one of the transforming scenes. OK, so it's yet another radical reinvention, but we old-schoolers are used to it; the comic, the TV series, and the various "beast" stuff that came later all contradicted each other.
Taking a Gestalt approach, since it's the "in" thing...

COOL!!! I caught the "transformer sound" too. I was HOPING they'd put that in, even if just for a little bit. The only thing I'm wondering about now, is whether or not they've worked "Dare", or "The Touch" into any of the movie scenes.

Oh......my favorite line in the whole trailer, "It's probably Japanese." I nearly fell out of my chair laughing.

Not for me. You may need to update your video player.

There are 2 things that dissapoints me with this movie:

1. Only Optimus Prime and Megatron can speak English

2. Megatron looks ugly.

Well, I am only going to see it because Peter Cullen and Frank Welker (although I heard Frank got replaced... I Hope not) from the first cartoon are reprising their roles.

Still makes you wonder why they suddenly replaced him...
He did an audio sample for the fans in which he said he was going to be in the movie (somewhere on tfcentral)

Well, with only Cullen reprising his role, the odds of me Not going to see this movie has increased.
Either do Cullen and Welker or David Kaye and Paul Dobson (current voices of megatron and optimus in the series). Not just 1 of the old cast.
