I think it's a Toyota ad campaign. Although, this deserves to be spun off into a movie much more than those stupid cavemen deserve to be spun off into a TV show.

Yes, I too wonder what the heck were they advertising. It kind of defeats the purpose to run a commercial without actually endorsing anything what-so-ever. Granted, I like artistic statements. I'm just not used to them as commercial interruptions of other artistic statements.
Taking a Gestalt approach, since it's the "in" thing...
