One only knows that of which they allow themselves to know.

And to give you guys another impression on how large it was, I asked my roommate (who claims he's not affraid of spiders at all) to pick it up, but he chickened out saying "no way!".

Spiders....
They scare the crap out of me too, no matter what size(though the bigger the worst)
Though I'f I see one in my room, I dont kill them...I feel bad about it. So I try to trap them in a cup...or yell at them to leave lol
....turning into a were-spider would be a million times scarier than turning into a werewolf....

Wolf Spiders don't bite unless you apply pressure to their body. Just let them crawl onto your hand, then take them outside. They just want to eat bugs, not gnaw on your face. It is bad to get them in your bedroom though. If you toss and turn in your sleep, and one crawls into your sheets, you might smack it. That causes it to bite you several times. My brother supposedly has spiders in his room that bite him during the night, and now he's sleeping in another room.
Besides, why would you want to harm a WOLF spider? You're a Pack member damnit!

Yeah I knew it was a wolfspider (they are very common here in the Netherlands) and I saw them in all sizes, but never as big as the one posted here (I'm serious about that).
And if it would walk on my hand, I would probably freak out. I'm not a pussy or anything and I'm ok with a lot of small spiders, but I draw a line.
I don't even want to THINK about having one of those in my sheets.
Edit: And I know that I see my picture again... Is it me or does he miss a leg?

Please, people, no more pictures... These little bastards scare the HELL out of me. I honestly don't know why. Just spiders, too.
