I vote Goldenwolf/Thornwolf...they don't look wimpy, but they look smooth and graceful and still powerful, like wolves are. And they can't be mistaken for bears with wolf masks on.

To be fair: What's the fun in being so ripped you can't even comfortabley cross your arms or hug your sweetheart? Werewolves are supposed to have supernatural strength...don't have to be rippling muscles on top of muscles to be strong.

In the Anita Blake series, weres can't catch the disease twice. If a werelion bites or tears up a werewolf or vice versa, then it's just cuts and bites. Something I've never researched before...why is it silver that supposedly harms a werewolf? I know that it's a toxin in their system, and I've also heard of it burning the flesh. Does anyone have any idea where this idea originates? How does the story go?
