Don't tell Steven Spielberg and the producers of "A.I." At the end of the movie, there is a clone made of the robot's mother by using a strand of hair he plucked out years ago. It wasn't a single strand, and he didn't pluck it out. He'd cut a lock off of her hair because the other kid tol...

I actually wrote a short story that described the "mess" of a TF aftermath: there were shreds of clothes, traces of blood from the gums and cuticles, broken human nails when the claws burst through, and stray hairs, both human and wolf, from the growth. That's exactly the sort of debris I...

Housetraining a werewolf would certainly be very interesting. "No changing on the new carpet, ya hear? Ugh! No doing that either!" That reminds me about a were-beagle I read about in a sci-fi-humor novel (he wasn't the main character, BTW). When he changed from human to beagle... well, a ...

I'm posting this here because I just know Figarou's going to laugh and make a smiley for it, and if I post it here, he'll only need to show it once. My wireless has been unreliable and unpredictable all day. It logs off without warning, picks up a different set of networks every five minutes, tries...

If anything in my dreams are even remotely normal, then they don't stand out in my memory and I won't remember them at all. (Unless I happen to wake up abruptly mid-dream) That's exactly what happens with me. Then again, I'm just glad my dreams seem to be reflecting less of my waking moments... I u...

As we're apparently on the topic of unusual dreams... I'm seriously wondering just what in blazes is going on in my head, to spawn the bizarre nonsensical dreams I'm having lately. A day or two ago, I had a nightmare about being chased by giant neon-colored scorpions with laser-gun tails who rode mo...

Say what you will about the series (I never saw it), but, judging from those images, they had definite potential to be something good, had they actually tried to do so. That's some great prosthetic FX.

Actually, fur WOULD make a sound as it came out of the skin, a very light hissing/rustle of hairs moving against hairs. Once it was in place it wouldn't make much nose, but having long hair I can tell you it -does- have a sound. Personally, I've always envisioned as as a real quiet hiss/rustle too....

I have a bag hidden in my room.

Mom had planned on making cookies - got sidetracked and forgot about it. I found the bag earlier this week.

A two-pound bag of sweetened shredded Coconut... already nearly half-gone.

I am SO stoned right now. :hsup Dude... I have fur... Whoa.

We've seen a lot of good 'wolves, and a lot of bad.

We tend to agree pretty well on the best ones (Van Helsing seeming to qualify as best-looking around here)...but what of the worst?
