I have an entire society built around my weres. .
They don't TF until their first 'season'. . .and it's activated by a bite. .
So when I have a character who is displaced from the society going through this, it scares the living sh*t out of her!

AAAAAAAAAARG!!!! A werew wolf has 3 !!!!! sets of DNA! the werewolf only uses one depending on what form he is in!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry Anubis, but nope. . just not 'biologically' happening. . . I take it more like a chameleon being able to change themselves. .tho to more extremes. .besides, it's 'magic...

I said that there wouldn't be a human DNA anymore if it were changed. Being the human has one set of DNA, if the virus changed that set as almost gene therapy (I beleive thats true.). There would be nothing to change the human back, for theres no virus running around with a human DNA in it, and eve...

i don't think a werewolf and a human producing a child won't be possible. think about it we have about 48 cromisomes(or some where in that niebore hood), Sorry to bust your bubble, but it took me awhile to figure out what the heck you were saying. Anyway, humans have 46 CHROMOSOMES. . .just because...

My 'weres' have small babies, 3-4 lbs for a species who's humanoid form is 6+ft tall. Which solves the entire shifting at the end of a pregnancy. Why would the uturus change? The form is basically the same, only the horns are longer. I can go with the stuck in one form part :) Jennifer Robinson (If ...

I'd actually prefer to see discernable male and female differences. But, I had to point out the lack of obvious differences between wolves, at least through human perspective. There are obvious differences. Size, bitches tend to be more feminine, not as broad headed or thick bodied. Not sure if it ...

Don't know why this really matters. BUT, my two cents With the shifting and changing of mass, I can see a reduction(YEAH! Never could figure out why anyone wanted big boobs, I'd kill to have smaller ones, but I wander here) in boob size as mass changes, and shifts In natural Weres(as in born to it),...

As far as werewolves go, I don't know why we all get so riled up about these odd facts. I'm sure not every single little thing will be pointed out in an hour and a half/2 hour movie. I say their menstruation cycles would be the same as a normal human being, but would not affect them whilst in their...

*ponders* Horses retain their young longer, and withint an hour or so most foal s( if not right away ) can stand on their feet and run beside their dam. Many other animals are the same In actuallity, this is a trait that's only viable for landborn herbivores. From what I've been able to find, all l...

Boards resident doggy breeder here. The human menstraul cycle's physical appearance and any other organism(as far as I know) are two totally different thing. Our cycle is to shed the inner lining of the uterus, to clean out the garbage for the next month of fertile time, while a dog spoting shows it...

<,However, on the hind legs, they've adapted to completely negate the 5th digit, the equivalent of our big toe. So! On werewolves, what happens to those bones? Do werewolves have dewclaws on their hind feet? I like to think yes - and that being another identifying feature in wolf-form.>> Some dogs i...

no one who's said a smaller werewolf isn't intimidating has never stared down a pissed off big dog. Even a chest high werewolf can disembowel you with a sneeze. . .Size isn't everything(Watches the guys cringe) I see growing excessively in height as annoying as walking on the ceiling. They'd grow mo...

That was kind of the jist of a previous post I made, Scott, which includes the fact a wolf has more teeth than a human . . I solve it in my story with magic(and the fact in humanoid form, my characters have enlarged canines anyway LOL), but in the were story I'm toying with, the teeth will fall out ...

having a crowded mouth, I will attest it would affect you, because you will be in PAIN, discomfort at the least. I still have my wisdom teeth, and when they push up every now and then, my entire jaw is sore. I'd rather my teeth just came back the way they are, then come in straight(and how do you ex...

Sorry, but unless the canine has a severe parrot mouth, they can and do catch game. I used to believe like you do, but then sold a dog missing three teeth to a home where he has killed coyotes deer skunks coons chased off a cougar backed up a badger. Bad parrot mouths would affect bites. Yes a dogs ...
